Cancellation Policy

Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a late cancellation. After a no show or late cancellation, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be required to book or you maybe possibly be prohibited from booking overall. I am understanding that emergencies do come up and in that case certain exceptions will apply. If you are running behind, please let me know! A lot of the times I am still able to accommodate you if you give me a heads up. Given that appointments are scheduled back to back in small slots there is a strict 5 minute grace period to be inside my suite, not parking. Please arrive on time to ensure that you are provided with the best quality service. After 6 minutes, appointment will have to be rescheduled or an added service will have to be removed if there is another guest after you.
